I have some windows systems running windows serivice some do not return any data.Can any body tel me whichs service pack is required???

I've tried to get this working. I imported the template, and put all the files where they are supposed to be. I can view all the services running on the host, but the graphs consistently have no data, and the running state is shown as -1. The host in question is set to SNMPv2c

Can anyone help ?
