Need to know hostname or description in syslog

could you please modify functions.php so that the device name is included in syslog and reports
Host[16]: 192.168.1.2 ERROR: HOST EVENT: Host is DOWN Message: Host did not respond to SNMP

and I'd like it to be Code:
DNCC: 192.168.1.2 ERROR: HOST EVENT: Host is DOWN Message: Host did not respond to SNMP

You will have a link to that device when using the View Cacti Log Utility. But commonly, I don't recommend using this as it may be really sloooow if running a reasonable amount of devices. The number in brackets refers to the host_id of the device in the Devices List (to be seen when hovering over the link in the devices list)
