Trouble Ticket/Bug Tracker plugin... (Anyone/any ideas...?)

Hi everybody!

I was think about how usefull would be some kind of Trouble Ticket/Bug Tracker system as a Cacti plugin...

I'm not a PHP expert, but I'm looking for an existent project (preferably in PHP) that is powerfull and at the same time simple to be modified and integrated to a Cacti's plugin.

Any suggestions?!

IMO while this would be handy, Cacti is not meant for collecting this type of information. Others might have some thoughts...

After looking into it Eventum looks to be the best. But its too mush for me to handle at this point. Anyone want to give it a go
