Problem with adodb-cacti.inc.php

Hi!!

I'm new in cacti.

I work in windows 2003, appserv 2.4.4a and the last version of cacti (0.8.6f)

I install the sql db and when i put in explorer (127.0.0.1/cacti/install) for install and configure the program i see the next error:

**Pls check the Db parmeters in cactid.conf and Cacti\Include\cacti.config files.

** path in the IIS/Apache is properly pointed to cacti Folder?

** Check the user permission to the databse and RRA folders.

Thank's, but i think the problem is in adodb-cacti.inc.php, i don't have this file, is necesary for cacti?
