SOLA 4000 UPS host template

Hi all,

Here is a host template (with dependencies) that I have created for SOLA 4000 UPS's that have the additional SNMP adapter board. This is my first attempt at a template and it seems to work fine on my Cacti (ver 0.8.6f) and the values seem fine.

The host template displays graphs for Output Current (Amps), Output Load (%), Output Power (Watts), and Output Voltage (Volts) for each of the 3 phases on the UPS.

Hope this helps anyone that needs it. (and I hope it is right)
