Cacti graph with parameter

Hi,

I made script fetching values from host. I run it with parameter ex.:
name_script -h host -p some_parameter
For now everything is ok, but ... I need to draw graph with title including 'some_parameter' ; something like |host_description|.
Is it possible ?
I need this because I want to ask the same host for many parameters.
