For some reason i cant ignore the uplink port on our Cisco 2900 with mactrack.
I tried adding 'Fa0/24' (no quotes) and just '0/24' but it keeps stubbornly adding a ton of mac addresses known to that uplink port.
It worked fine on the 3750's/5500's and our 3com 4500/5500's
Any ideas ?
(the port is configured as a plain switchport, no trunking or anything)
Small update, spoke too soon .. its not ignoring the port on one of our catalyst 5500's either, this being the same port which the 2900 is connected to. On the 5500 i've got it listed as '8/2' which is the correct ifName according to snmpwalk. |
