MAC Track not gathering MAC data

Hi,

I'm having issues with MAC Track not getting "Active MAC" data. In the "Devices" menu I see things like

Up xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Switch/Hub N/A 56 15 0 0 2.2


where it sees 56 user ports and 15 of them are up, but it gathered no MAC data. This scenario is the same for our core switch, our building distribution switches, and the edge switches.

what am I missing?
