See attached Radware CPU templates. I have tested these on Radware Link Proofs but they should work on WSD as well.
OIDS used:-
rsWSDResourceUtilization 1.3.6.1.4.1.89.35.1.53
Description: Resource Utilization of WSD. Considers network utilization and internal CPU utilization.
Explanation: This is the higher value of either rsWSDRSResourceUtilization or rsWSDREResource
Utilization. Only available in versions 6.03 and later.
ConfigWare Location: Performance ® Element Statistics ® "Resource Utilization"
rsWSDRSResourceUtilization 1.3.6.1.4.1.89.35.1.54
Description: Resource Utilization of interal CPU utilization.
ConfigWare Location: Currently not available in ConfigWare
rsWSDREResourceUtilization 1.3.6.1.4.1.89.35.1.55
Description: Resource Utilization of network utilization.
ConfigWare Location: Currently not available in ConfigWare
