Is it possible to add Cacti graphs ( or other graphs ) in WeatherMap?

You can embed any image file by using it as the ICON for a node.

So, as long as you use the Graph Export function in Cacti to produce an on-disk file for the graph, the answer is yes. However, Graph Export doesn't look like it has any way to limit the range of graphs that are exported, so it may not be suitable for larger installations. In that situation, you would need to copy the RRDtool command line from Graph Debug Mode, and run that manually (with a filename added) to produce the graph you need.
