Weathermap 95a console error

Ok so I did find one small non function error. When you have access to weather map tab but not console ( Anytime really) you have the console show up in the upper left side of the console where users can click on it. It will give them a restricted access page but maybe this should not be clickable if you don't have console access.

Every version of weathermap has had that - I keep meaning to figure out how to use that Cacti 'path' thing properly. It's not documented anywhere, from what I remember.
