I was just looking at ss_host_disk.php, and wondering why it was a script server instead of an indexed data query. So I went to create a new snmp_queries/host_disk.xml to see why it didn't work, and it seems I already have one.
Weird part is that it doesn't seem to be used by Cacti at all - it's not even mentioned in cacti.sql.
Is there a reason? Wouldn't it be more efficient to use the snmp query? |

SNMP Query is IMHO the better solution. And it's already published! I used it as an example on HowTo Create own SNMP Query (see http://docs.cacti.net). Should be available here as well (may be it's outdated)

| So why does cacti ship with a snmp_queries/host_disk.xml that it doesn't use? I know how to create my own, thanks to your lovely tutorials, but I was just curious why it would include this apparently unused file... |
