After a random time i get a lot of error/timeout in my cacti logs about some OID off my VMware server. Those error dissapear when i restart the VMware ESXi SNMP Service.

For know, after some analysis, i've found that :

Problematics OID are dynamic (Network Interface, Disk)
After a restart of SNMP service, Cacti Recache the host and solve the problem.
So, i was very happy if someone can help me to solve those reccurent error.

Cacti Error :

Which esxi version do you use? I encountered this behaviour for esxi 5.1. After 1-2 weeks, the esxi snmp agent stops responding to snmp queries until restart.

After an upgrade to esxi 5.5, this problem was gone. The esxi 5.5 snmp agent is running stable.

Please state your ESXi version. In 6.5 there was an issue that caused the SNMP Service to die sporadically. VMWare issued a patch for it a few months ago.
