It is a bugfixed version based on Martin Spasov's "Counts processes countaining string". Also made templates for easier starting.
Put proc_cnt.sh into scripts folder and import xml file from webinterface.

it works only on locahost machine maybe can explain how i can use it with telnet connection?

I know this was forever ago, but if you're still there I'm curious about something. Your bug fix consists of adding the line
OUT=$(($NUM - 3))

Now, I can understand subtracting 1 for the grep process, but what are the other two for? It appears to me that 3 should be a 1.
