Powerware 9305 + 9120 UPS host template

#1 Post by richiev » Tue Jul 05, 2005 2:59 am

Hi all,

Here is a host template (with dependencies) that I have created for Powerware 9305 + 9120 UPS's that have the ConnectUPS Web/SNMP adapter. This is my first attempt at a template and it seems to work fine on my Cacti (ver 0.8.6f) and the values seem fine.

The host templates display graphs for Output Current (Amps), Output Load (%), Output Power (Watts), and Output Voltage (Volts) and Input Voltage (Volts) for each of the 3 phases on the UPS. It also graphs Battery Voltage (Volts).

Hope this helps anyone that needs it. (and I hope it is right)

Cheers

Hey!

Just gave it a try and it gave a: Error: XML: Hash version does not exist.

I'm going to try and upgrade to F and see if it works! Wish me luck!

Did it work upgrading to F? I have Cacti d, installed patched to E, and THOLD installed. I tried adding in F to my config_array.php but it just broke cacti. Any help to install this template while running THOLD.

Great templates. They seem to also work with the Power 9355 and 9333.

I added a couple of potentially useful graphs to your host template - "Battery percent charge" and "Battery runtime."
