Sorry, resolved. This apear when i renamed old folder of RRDclean Plugin.
After I deleted it error disapear.

Whet I try to view my Uninstaled Plugins i see:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_init_rrdclean() (previously declared in W:\web_app\cacti\plugins\rrdclean\setup.php:18) in W:\web_app\cacti\plugins\rrdcleanq\setup.php on line 23

for Linux
CPU usage on 2, 4 and 8 way Linux devices

Why not ?

1. Not need scheduler and cron.
2. Not flud Event Log in Windows with any events.(Logon/Logoff every minute and other)

My plugin updater said that 0.3.9 is avaliable.
On cactiuser is avaliable this version but readme is from 0.3.8 version
