Hi,

I think I know this error, but don't know how I fixed it.
Did you try to change "perl" to full path like /usr/bin/perl?
You will find the full path via "which perl"

Did you checked permissions? chmod +x could help...

Regards
Timo

okay but then there is another wrong whitespace...
permission denied is no permission problem in this case...

the problem is that the php file is not interpreted as php...
it seems to be interpreted like bash/sh...

don't know... maybe a failure during copy?
try to copy it again from my file to yours... there are no big changes which could occure such problems...

okay

so please see attached corrected version...
problem was that nagios want to store the temp file, but user nagios is not allowed to write to root (/)...

now you have to define temp directory inside of php script...
your nagios config is correct...

oh lol... sorry :D
i understand... that was only a nasty example by me...

i tested it with some values :D

that's the reason why you can define your own warn and crit level for each printer or globally inside of commands-file ;-)

what's about cacti? does it works for you?

hi

if toner level of any catridge is less than 80 so it set the status to warning.
but if it's less!!! than 43 then it's critical?

i think it's working fine?

what do you mean?
