How goes it with the Boost plugin?

Im running a cactiserver for a customer where we have very big problems with to many hosts/Datasources for cactid to be able to complete the polling in time. I would like to use this plugin to get the server running as it should again.

Ive found an error in The PDF file attached to this thread.

In section 2.1 "Click Devices..." under section 2 "Create new RRA" should say "Click 'Data Sources' ...

The developers at Gentoo have found a bug in ADOdb that is included in Cacti.

Is this something you ave aware of? if not how do i post a BUG report?

You have to configure net-snmp with --enable-mfd-rewrites and recompile it to support 64bit counters on Linux.

to get Gig interfaces graphed correctly you need to graph 64-bit counters instead of 32-bit counters. If you graph 32-bit counters the graph will behave exactly as you have described in you post above. It may be that you have to use SNMP version2 aswell to get the 64-bit counters to work, this depen...

I'll give that a try in the morning. One other question. It seems that net-snmp does not support 64-bit counters? I am trying to graph the interface of a server, but it just reports 0. I installed cigamits modified version and now it works like a charm.

Just one little thing. could you change so that to time field says now instead of a specific time. then it works better.
