Re: Unable to change a graph template on a CICSO interface

Please disregard this... Just found that the graph needs to be unlocked first.

Thank you!

Re: Cacti 1.2.2 upgrade / reinstall issue

Thank you NetniV,

Removing Cacti logrotate under /etc/rogrotate.d fixed the issue.
May be it was not cleaned out during the upgrade???

Cheers,

Re: Cacti 1.2.2 upgrade / reinstall issue

It doesn't sound like the database upgrade has actually taken. Are you sure the upgrade was performed properly and not just the files updated? sudo -u <website user> php cli/upgrade_database.php --forcever=1.1.9 Thank you for looking into this netniV. Prior to your reply, tried few things like chan...

Re: ERROR PHP WARNING: Missing argument 24 for...

So I've checked 1.1.35 and that should have had exactly the same issue. It expects device threads, which mactrack isn't providing. I will have to double check the mactrack code tomorrow and see if it can provide that, otherwise it'll have to default it to 1. If this helps in any way.... I went back...

Re: ERROR PHP WARNING: Missing argument 24 for...

I'm running exactly the same versions without any issues. I had MT installed from 1.1.21 and been upgrading Cacti without actually reinstalling MT so not sure about the setup part of it. Sounds more like cacti related. When do you get that msg? right after installing it? or while trying to add/edit...

Issue has been open opened at GitHub...

In the mean time if there is anyone who found a walk around and post it, it will be much appreciated.

Re: RRD folder/rra sub folder not being created

This would suggest that your permissions are not right. I think there was a post earlier about setting the appropriate permissions especially now that root has created those missing directories so it will likely be the owner. Thank you for all your help netniV! I believe this is second time I am do...

Re: RRD folder/rra sub folder not being created

Is your spine configuration correct? Can you attempt to run it manually and see what it outputs? I've checked spine.conf file but it seems ok to me.... Re: RRD folder/rra sub folder not being created

Do you have selinux turned on? If so, that can possibly be causing the issues. Also, as a temporary measure (don't forget to put it back) I would copy the cacti file in /etc/cron.d/ to a .bak copy, then edit the cacti file to specify a log path such as: */5 * * * * cacti /usr/bin/php /usr/share/cac...

Re: RRD folder/rra sub folder not being created

OK, so those get created by the poller when the device is polled and it returns a result. So, the next thing would be to check that you have a device that has SNMP enabled and is set to enabled itself with a graph that has been placed on a tree (not sure the tree part is important but the graph is ...

Re: RRD folder/rra sub folder not being created

That last part means that the poller is running as the cron (normally root) user. Is the path correct, does the poller reside in that path? Have you checked your cron logs? # locate poller.php /usr/share/cacti/poller.php /usr/share/cacti/lib/api_poller.php /usr/share/cacti/lib/poller.php # Interest...
