Only 50 hours of data stored

I've had a Cacti install running on Debian for years, and a few upgrades. After one upgrade I found that new RRAs would only store a little over 50 hours of data. Although I've upgraded further and tried to investigate, I haven't solved this problem. Can someone advise me on what I can do to have th...

Re: Cacti 0.8.7i one hour behind

I tried to upgrade php; install pecl and timezonedb because of a suggestion here http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythWeb#Time_Stamp_is_off_by_an_hour However, I still have system TZ is Australia/Sydney and the TZ in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini as Australia/Sydney. It is not near daylight saving changeover ...

Re: Cacti 0.8.7i one hour behind

Yes, the php timezone is correct, and the same as the server timezone.

Cacti 0.8.7i one hour behind

On upgrading my Debian testing server to Cacti 0.8.7i my data is one hour behind. It is winter here, so no DST issues. So at 0700 the weather machine console gives me an outdoor temp of 1.8, and Cacti is telling me for 0700 2.0, which was the temperature at 0600. This is every graph on the se...

Auto-adjustment of decimal places in G-print values

I've got a problem with the auto-adjusting decimal places in the G-print values. We don't get much rain, so the rain gauge hasn't many entries. The y-axis can be made to show 0.5mm of rain but the g-print showing the last value shows that I have 500m of rain.... except its an autoadjusted value whic...

At this length of time, I guess you aren't still waiting to organise a weather station? You can use LaCrosse 23xx weather stations with open2300 software and then feed the results into cacti. While I've been documenting my latest efforts after rebuilding my server, the main resources are at http://w...

anonymous access

First make a guest account, with the permissions you have decided on, and the graphs you want to show on the web page. Set the password to guest, allow the user to login and do not ask for a password change on first login. Now Guest can login with the password. Now go to the Configurations > Setting...
