ok, the author of PHP x64 was kind enough to compile the 64bit version of php_snmp for me and it's currently working so I'll check the graphs next.

well apparently that was the issue.. there was no 64bit extension for SNMP with PHPx64 so I missed the error about it not being loaded.

A little depressing because I wanted to use Cacti again so I am trying to see if anyone has the DLL since I cannot find it anywhere.

I also verified by running snmputil to make sure the SNMP service was working.

Yup, I configured the service by setting it to accept SNMP packets from any host and adding the public community to the accepted community names.

I disabled the net-snmp agent and restarted the microsoft one. And no I never even got the uptime to show through cacti

Win2k3 64bit and Cacti - SNMP error

Hi all, I decided after moving to the 64bit platform I'd like to install Cacti again. Here are the specs Win2k3 x64 SP2 PHPx64 (2-15-07) MySQL x64 5.x Net-SNMP (service installed and running) ActivePerl 32bit I've gotten Cacti to load properly but I cannot for the life of me get SNMP working between...

I can get SNMP working on the win2k3 box but the graph is empty as well. I have nsclient running + WMI (I have cacti and exchange on the same box)

my honest advice is to use MySQL 4.0 if you can. I have the same exact setup as you and things were a lot easier once I went to 4.0.
