Re: Mac Track in environment without traditional switches/ro

Thanks for the reply. I took the leap to buster to get to 1.2.2. Brilliant piece of software here. Do you have anything in the works to support mac-address scanning on openvpn devices? Before the update to 1.2.2 my openvpn mac's were in the host_snmp_cache table. I believe these mac-addresses are au...

Re: Mac Track in environment without traditional switches/ro

I grabbed v4.2 from Github releases section and got this working, I can now use my linux boxes and scan for local and remote IP's on remote lan's. One area that I'm not able to scan is the hundreds of hosts that connect through my OpenVPN Access Servers. Has anyone developed a scanner to collect IP ...

Cacti 1.1.38 removed from debian stretch-backports

The Cacti package 1.1.38 has been removed from the Debian package maintainer site, I've been waiting for the 1.2.x release for Stretch and now the package has been removed. Any updates on the roadmap for Stretch? Thanks.

Mac Track in environment without traditional switches/router

I'm running Debian 9 Stretch with packaged Cacti 1.1.38, (anxiously awaiting the 1.2.2 release to backports). All my hosts live on networks that I do not own, they connect back to my network via VPN. Is there a way I can use MAC Track to poll each interface and keep an accounting of the mac addresse...

Re: Intro page/console homepage

Correction, I listed my intropage version as 1.1.8, that is not correct. I am running intropage 1.8.1.

Changing "log_Size_text" to "log_size_text" on line 102 in data.php fixed the error. Thanks!

My panels listed above remain empty, am I missing a package maybe?

Thanks for your support!

Grouping devices by Sites

I'm running Cacti 1.1.38 with the plugins Thold v.1.0.4 MacTrack v4.1 and Monitor v.2.3.4. I have a couple hundred devices spread over 20+ sites, all these devices are remote and reside in the same vpn subnet.
