Are your PHP paths set correctly?

This user was having a similar issue but using Debian

Common mistake - you probably used 'Local Linux Machine' as the template, which collects data from the server Cacti is installed on. So you have a bunch of the same graph... You should use the Net-SNMP Device template, or Percona's Linux templates https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-plugi...
