Since u are using spine, you can set to use ICMP ping instead. But you need to set the spine (should be in /usr/local/spine/bin/spine) to have +s executable. No, they're the logs on a debug level 5. I've emailed a screengrab of the process I'm stuck on and the debug was what you received.

Hi, I've upgraded from 1.1.8 to 1.2.2 and have appeared to have met the bug issue#2304 that was resolved in 1.2.1- my install loops around stuck at 0 percent for an infinite period.
