For cacti log you have to increased the log level to debug for one polling cycle. But I don't think you'll find there more information. Goto a graph and enable Graph-Debugging. What is RRDTool telling you? Not the Graph Management, Choose a graph within the graph management. Then chooseTurn On Graph Debug Mode.
