Thold Plugin Can't Create Thresholds & Can't Add Devices

Hi Team,

I'm a beginer on cacti. I just installing thold plugin on my cacti. and I found some issue
1. Cacti can't add devices it's appears
Error: Save Failed.
I found logs :
05/17/2019 02:40:48 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table 'host'. Error was 'Field 'thold_host_email' doesn't have a default value'

2. Cacti can't create threshold it's appears "Record Updated" but no data has inserted into database.
I found logs :
05/17/2019 02:33:22 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Save Command Failed for Table 'thold_data'. Error was 'Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'template' at row 1'

Cacti is installed on Windows 10

This sounds like an issue that should be opened on the plugin_thold github issue tracker
