If you are capable of writing code, you could put some tests into cacti_log() which is in lib/functions.php which logs the backtrace of when/where these particular messages are being generated. To do so, output that to a temporary log file separate to cacti.log and check it. From what I can see, it may be some aggregate function that is occurring since there appears to be multiple graphs and multiple datasources involved.

See http://php.net/manual/en/function.debug-backtrace.php for more information on the information you can get back.

I don't think the log I have is a call to cacti_log !
If you look into the cacti:log function you always has a date $environ and the string of the logging requested, and in my case I just have the string without any date or $environ value !

But I will still give a try to log a backtrace somewhere

Can you find the corresponding entries in the raw log file? The names between the square brackets[] will be numbers instead of names as the clog.php page interprets these back to devices/datasources for you.
