I noticed in Cacti 1.x if I am on the "New graphs" section and click on the drop down for "Device", I only see the first 30 devices (there is no option to scroll through all devices like in 0.8.8h). Also, when I am editing the tree, the graph section on the right is the same way, with no scroll bar to scroll through all graphs. Is this intentional, a bug, or a limitation of the new UI?

Yes this is on purpose, you will notice you are able to also "Search" in that box by typing. This was done because of large sites with thousands of hosts / hundreds of thousands of graphs.

I had this in themes "Modern", "Paw" and "Dark". With the classic-Theme you should have a drop-down menu with all devices.
