Hello Experts,

kindly help me friends i stuck in cacti

i have configured cacti on Linux KISPL-Syslog 3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jul 4 15:04:05 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Your poller is taking way too long. It kills itself after 299 seconds, so it is not finishing polling. From the looks of it, your timeout values are pretty high (5 seconds) and you have a host/hosts that are down.

The first thing to try would be to increase the number of cmd.php processes and script servers, or even better, swap to spine instead. Other than that, I would upgrade, since your version of Cacti is ~22 versions behind. You might also check your disk I/O on that box.

i have change all snmp timeout value to 0.1 ms
and script server 25 to 60 sec but still for one device this is happening in cacti

poller time decrease now as you suggested i have done this but still one device graph not plotted
please sir kindly help me

The answer is present in the log. Cacti cannot successfully log into that core router. Check the SNMP login on both the router and Cacti and make sure they are the same.
