 Post subject: [SOLVED]Two graphs - different templates - One interface

Hello Forum members,

I have inherited a cacti server from previous installers/users.
I have several cases where there is one interface on a switch
or router. For example this device has an interface (from the interface.xml query)
called Gi1/1, and has two graphs (one not working, has a gray area)
one template is <hostname> - Traffic 30sec - Gi1/1 - In/Out Bits
and the other is: <hostname> - Traffic - Gi1/1 - In/Out Bytes.

How is this done? I have deleted both graphs, and the tried to
recreate - but I can only use one template or the other.

Has anyone done this before?

cacti let you do what you mention into the grahp creation section, depending on which template you select it will enable or disable the interfaces that can use the selected template, what you can`t do is repeat the same template into 1 interface but you can use all the avaible templates with one interface.

Here is an example:
