I have this kind of warning error:
Poller[Main Poller] NOTE: Poller Int: '60', Cron Int: '300', Time Since Last: '300.86', Max Runtime '298', Poller Runs: '5'

And I can't have more than 1 spine process why is that?

In data collecor I have only one, and 1 process 1 thread.

Does that mean cacti will no longer use the configuration in settings ?

Correct, from 1.2, the settings values are just the defaults that get used for any new pollers created.
