I am troubleshooting an odd issue with a report someone built.

Simple question, but is there a limit of 25 devices for reports or anything? It may be coincidence but the issue seemed to start with the 26th device added to the report.

If there is a limit I assume there is a way to get around it? And if no limit exists I am guessing something else has buggered it, but I'll find it..

You need to be a bit more specific, is this when viewing the report? How is the report generated? What method is it using? etc.

Sorry I just started looking at this, attached some screenshots of what I see but was really just looking to make sure it isn't something silly like a hard (Or soft) limit before I dig through the report and logs.

On the detail for line item 26 - 29 I noticed there is no "Item Details" and when you roll over graph in the preview it's pointing to graph_id=0 (Which explains the rrd error..)

Bottom line is if there isn't a technical limitation this has to be something silly, which I will pin down. I just wanted to make sure it's not the most obvious thing first!

I'm on 1.1.38 and have no issues. Try the default style layout instead of the dark.

OK I have this figured out.

Checking the report_items table in MySQL these were all in fact pointed to local_graph_id 0, manually fixing it in the DB fixed the report.

What is confusing is that I tried re-saving the items via the UI first with no change in behavior, but manually fixing in the database did fix the problem.

So theres no limit I can see, something wonky must have occured when these items were added is all.. Issue is fixed though, with a minor amount of work :)

Well, I noticed that the last 4 items were supposedly graphs yet had no names either.

Yep I tried to fix it a few times via the Web interface but nothing happened, what was odd is drilling into the item on the report setup page the proper graph was in fact selected and the name was there. I'm actually not sure how whatever was done to break this was accomplished.. But my guess (With no substantiation of any kind) would be the report was created then the device or graph was deleted and recreated.

Either way fixing it manually in SQL did fix the report, everything is working perfectly now!
