#1 Post by habibkanso » Thu Oct 03, 2019 3:15 am

Hello Guys,

I want clarification if possible on why the graphs font differ between my 2 installations.

On Ubuntu 16 (Yellow) the font looks crisp, while on Ubuntu 18 (Green) it looks blurry as shown below.

That could be down to a number of reasons because it is dependant on the version of RRDtool and what system fonts are used/available. These likely have changed between versions.

Both are running RRDtool version 1.5+ and Font Selection Method: Theme (PAW)

It could be due to scaling too. The image is dynamically scaled as the viewport changes size. The fonts, don't sizes and colors are determined by the rrdfonts.php file in the theme directory.

Hello,

People with expertise, can you provide any more details.

Still I found no way to control the font to look crisp as in Ubuntu 16.04

Thanks, Hero1c

Increase the for size or make bold using the theme file. It's the only pho file in the theme directory.
