No Ping or SNMP Availability Check in Use

Hi team,

on Cacti v 1.2.7

My old device that i create first time are working normal by have graph and show the ping result.
Ping Results
ICMP Ping Success (1.941 ms)

But I start have this issue when i create a new device and it show me the " No Ping or SNMP Availability Check in Use " as the attachment file.

I can ping from Cacti Server to this Host working normal

64 bytes from 10.20.1.54: icmp_seq=1 ttl=62 time=1.92 ms
64 bytes from 10.20.1.54: icmp_seq=2 ttl=62 time=1.95 ms
64 bytes from 10.20.1.54: icmp_seq=3 ttl=62 time=1.94 ms

Noted: Firewall already disable.
How to fix this issue?

Thanks for your reply.

but first time my configure like that but it's no problem and i think it just happen when i try to update firewall UFW and i already disable ufw firewall back but still the same.

i'm sure what is the real problem.
