Is there a possibility to disable auto update?
Got the new version without any note an my server

Cacti does not have an auto-update mechanism. Your most likely talking about an RPM/DEB package which we don't maintain. There are generally ways of excluding those packages from being updated, but it depends on your system, which you have told us nothing about.

Probably the update comes from monthly reboot from our update server

As cigamit said, if you original installed via a package manager (yum, dnf, apt, etc) then any automated updates will pull down a new version of cacti with it. You can disable automatic updates but you'd need to google for "how to disable packages using <name of package manage>" or "on <os>". As stated, currently the cacti website itself has no automatic update mechanism built into it so someone or something has done this for you.

Out of curiosity, what version did you get updated to?
