PfSense RRD Graphs

#1 Post by Cornel » Mon Jul 14, 2014 12:13 pm

Hello,
Is it possible to get the RRD Graphs from PfSense and show them in Cacti? I want to get the traffic data from PfSense (specifically the IPsec) RRD Graph, and show it in Cacti.
Is that possible and how would I go about it?

Thanks..

Thank you. I tried to implement this, but PfSense does not have all the files that FreeBSD Readme states.
So im kinda stuck. It gets some data, but the most important data will not gather. I will keep working on this, as now my primary firewall will be PfSense, so I have to figure out something.

I get stuck on this (from readme within the FreeBSD)

3) Install port bsnmp-ucd
It is necessary for get information from shell scripts
a) cd /usr/ports/net-mgmt/bsnmp-ucd
make install clean
b) edit /etc/snmpd.config - add ucd and external scripts:
cat bsnmpd/bsnmpd-cacti.txt >> /etc/snmpd.config
c) restart bsnmpd: /etc/rc.d/bsnmpd restart

Those files do not exist on PfSense. So how can I go past this step?
Thanks...
