Hi,

I am new to Cacti and I have added a device. In the top display for device management parameters, it shows the device information like Huawei Routers, Uptime etc. But on the device panel, it shows the status Unknown. Can anyone help me with that?

Is your poller set to run via cron / scheduled task?

I agree with cigamit, the message appears when your poller has not polled your device at all. If you are using CMD.PHP for the processor, make sure you have a graph associated to the device.
