well to rehash an old issue... (not so old)
I was no longer getting my graphs, or alerts.
after a days' worth of bangin my head.. I found I had some bad data in the tables.. ran a repair_database.php.. seemed to be successful, but still no graphs.. bunch of error about BOOST, etc.
so this morning I upgraded to the latest revision of CACTI.. the upgrade with with zero errors, but my home page is still showing me a bad table in the database, but I don't know how to figure out which table, or how to fix it.. repair_database.php shows it to be fine.. here's my errors and such.. any idea on what to do? kinda lost at this point.. again

Use the upgrade_database.php --force-ver=0.8.8
You may get some errors but any tables it needs to create etc should be done.

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\cli>php upgrade_database.php --force-ver=0.8.8
ERROR: Invalid Parameter --force-ver=0.8.8

Cacti Database Upgrade Utility, Version 1.1.37, Copyright (C) 2004-2018 The Cact
i Group

usage: upgrade_database.php [--debug] [--forcever=VERSION]

A command line version of the Cacti database upgrade tool. You must execute
this command as a super user, or someone who can write a PHP session file.
Typically, this user account will be apache, www-run, or root.

If you are running a beta or alpha version of Cacti and need to rerun
the upgrade script, simply set the forcever to the previous release.

--forcever - Force the starting version, say 1.1.37
--debug - Display verbose output during execution
