blank graphs for ICMP

#1 Post by keithcla » Mon Jun 04, 2018 11:38 am

HI,

I'm unable to graph a windows host using ICMP, i have downloaded the advanced ICMP template but I don't get any data in my graphs looks like the template icmp settings is too conservative to graph data, the windows host is connected to the LAN with typical ping times 1-3 milliseconds

Any ideas ?

If you click on the Cog icon next to the graph, you should be able to see what data has been recorded. If no data is recorded, then the chances are your poller is not actually running. Check the cacti log and as this is windows ensure that the Task Scheduler is setup and running your poller.
