Upgrading from Windows Server 2008R2 to 2016

#1 Post by dannyjeffriesiii » Mon Jan 14, 2019 2:23 pm

Servers are being decommissioned that are 2008R2 or older and being told I have to migrate our Cacti server to 2016. Just wanted to check to see if there were any compatibility issues before undertaking the project. I couldn't find anything related to OS compatibility with Server 2016 currently in the forum. If compatible what would be some common issue to look out for during the process. Thank you for any information in advance.

I would go Linux, but windows does still work.
