Has anyone converted Cacti from using PHP to Python? There are a lot of security issues with PHP so wondering if this is on the horizon for the standard build of Cacti.

No, there is no "conversion", that would just be a complete rewrite of the source in a completely new language, which is thousands and thousands of lines of code. Securities issues aren't the fault of PHP, they are the responsibilities of the programmers (like me). People can write just as insecure of Python code.

Cacti 1.x is all puckered up imho. Nice security. Not easy to hack.
