Ping history (PiHI) plugin

Hi,
I prepared small plugin for collecting ping response from poller. It could be sometimes usefull.

You need only install and allow for hosts (Console -> devices -> Edit host -> enable Ping History

Which version of Cacti does this run under? 8.8.x or 1.x?

As it's macan, I'm guessing 1.x

for 1.x. I don't want go back to 0.8.x.
